I've taken my Ram Rebel to SamTech Automotive a couple of times now, and every experience has been excellent. Most recently they installed a lift kit and replaced the fuel sending unit in my gas tank, and everything turned out perfect.
What I appreciate most is their attention to detail. They don't just get the job done—they make sure it's done right. The truck looks and drives exactly how I hoped it would, and it's clear they take pride in their work.
One thing that really stands out is the way they treat their customers. Every time I pick up my truck, it's been detailed inside and out. It's an unexpected touch that really makes you feel appreciated and shows they care about more than just the repair.
