I have been using SAMTECH for a few years now and have always been exceptionally satisfied. They are, in my opinion, the most honest and trustworthy auto repair shops I've every worked with. I have lived in 7 different states and used multiple dealers and independent shops, Sam's garage has been the best with the next well behind. If you’re a very mature woman and in need of emergency car repairs without a man in tow, go to Samtech. They are attentive, trustworthy, patient and thorough. I needed a quick assessment for lights appearing in my dashboard due to a silly incident. I called and explained my predicament. They said ‘come on in’. Within 15 minutes I was there and Jay greeted me warmly, listened and watched my dilemma and assured me he’d get to the bottom of it. He did, He brought Sam into the circle and between the both of them, found my problem, explained in detail every move forward, and treated me with dignity and humor. They also checked my oil, water, etc…. and aired up my tires. As a widow whose husband and son (in Napa) are outstanding mechanics, I’d never needed an outsider. Now I do! I’m so blessed to know tjhese guys have the knowledge to be trusted and the hearts to sincerely care.
